Choppers Big Brother… ‘Axel’, formerly known as ‘Theo Brooch’ he was the owner of ‘Forgotten Springs scrap yard’ now possessed by the fog after he and his brother Kane where murdered just off ‘Bleak Street’. Kane and Theo Brooch now walk amongst the Fog as Chopper and Axel. There are many foul creatures lurking within the fog around Passion Ash, usually they reside or nest in their chosen locations around the town. Chopper and Axel however can be found absolutely anywhere. They go where they please. The Fog tends to thicken if they are near. and any poor soul unfortunate enough to cross paths with the brothers will meet their most gruesome destruction, be that Man, Beast or Reaver. The two are very tactical, Chopper is quicker than a blink. He will impale his pray on his rusted blade that is attached to his arm with barbed wire. meanwhile Axel will close in slowly and swing the finishing blow with his mighty axe. once the pray is dead the brothers will continue stabbing, hacking and chopping until satisfaction before moving on. Axel will do anything to keep Chopper safe. He is viewed as Choppers Protector.
